Catamaran Sail Snorkeling All-Inclusive Island Hopping Romantic

Why Go

Scoobidoo — now operating as Scoobi Charters — is one of St. Martin's original catamaran day sail operators, with over two decades and a million guests under their belt. Departing from Anse Marcel and Grand Case on the French side, they run a polished operation to the marine reserve, Anguilla's Prickly Pear, Tintamarre, and other stunning spots that most visitors never reach on their own. The all-inclusive format means you board once and everything is covered until you step off.

The Experience

The 53-foot catamaran is spacious and comfortable, with both sun and shade areas. The crew is experienced and genuinely friendly — after 20-plus years, they've refined the balance between keeping guests entertained and letting people relax. Full-day tours include multiple stops for snorkeling in crystal-clear water, swimming at secluded beaches, and lounging with drinks. Lunch is fresh and plentiful, and the open bar runs the entire trip. The vibe is social without being forced — you'll end up chatting with other guests naturally.

What to Try

The full-day marine reserve and island tour is the signature — stops at Creole Rock, Pinel Island, and Tintamarre give you the best snorkeling variety. The Anguilla/Prickly Pear day trip is worth the full day if you want to island-hop. For a more intimate experience, the sunset sail with champagne and gourmet bites is a romantic option. Private charters are available for weddings, birthdays, and group events.

Insider Tip

The Anse Marcel departure offers calmer waters for the first part of the trip — choose that departure point if anyone in your group is sensitive to waves. Book the Tintamarre route on a Tuesday or Thursday when the island gets fewer boats. Bring an underwater camera — the snorkeling at Creole Rock is some of the best accessible reef on the island.

The Practical Stuff

Departures from Anse Marcel and Grand Case on the French side. All-inclusive pricing in the $$$ range covers food, drinks, snorkeling gear, and activities. Book online in advance, especially December through April. Credit cards accepted. Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Bring a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and a hat. Allow a full day for the main tours, 2-3 hours for sunset sails.
