The kitchen takes its time, and courses arrive at a European pace, so plan for a leisurely evening. Expect to spend two hours minimum, which is exactly the right amount of time when the setting is this good.
What to Try
The lobster preparations are the signature here, and they're worth the splurge. Foie gras is done classically and well. The beef tenderloin is a reliable choice if you're not in a seafood mood.
