The vehicles themselves are part of the fun: ATVs put you close to the terrain, UTVs (side-by-sides) seat pairs comfortably for a shared adventure, and Jeeps offer the classic open-top island exploration feel. Self-paced rentals with maps are available for independent spirits who prefer to chart their own course. Insider Tip
Morning tours are cooler and offer better lighting for photos. Wear clothes that can handle dust and dirt — this isn't a pristine bus tour. Apply sunscreen generously before departure; the open vehicles offer zero shade. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are recommended for ATVs. Book at least a day ahead during cruise ship heavy days when tour slots fill quickly.
