Use the address as a launchpad: taxi into the old town (roughly SRD 40–70) to walk the wooden Dutch-colonial streets around Onafhankelijkheidsplein and Fort Zeelandia, cross the Waterkant at sunset, and eat your way through Paramaribo's multicultural pantry — Javanese saoto soup, Hindustani roti with duck, Creole pom, Chinese-Surinamese moksi meti.
