The Experience

Plaza del Lago on Welfare Road in the Simpson Bay corridor provides a polished setting for Chef Jai's creative vision. The restaurant operates at the $$$ level, reflecting the culinary ambition and ingredient quality that defines every dish. The menu is a deliberate collision of traditions: Indian spice profiles meet Caribbean freshness, classical technique meets island improvisation, and comfort food meets fine dining presentation. Shrimp Tikka Masala takes a beloved Indian-British classic and elevates it with Caribbean-sourced shrimp.
