Bamboo House owns what might be the best dinner view on the island. The hilltop location provides a panoramic sweep of Simpson Bay Lagoon, and during the evening service (5 PM to 10:30 PM), you watch the sun set while planes take off from the runway below — a dinner theater that no stage designer could match. The menu matches the ambition of the setting: sushi rolls crafted with care, Thai-inspired curries and noodles with Caribbean-influenced heat, quality steaks, and creative fusion starters that include duck nachos (crispy duck on tortilla chips with Asian-Latin garnishes) and Japanese tacos. Live music on select evenings adds another sensory layer. The atmosphere is vibrant without being loud — upscale enough for a celebration dinner, relaxed enough for a casual date night.
