The Experience

The restaurant side of Amore blends Italian and Caribbean traditions with genuine enthusiasm: calamari fritti and steamed mussels sit alongside jerk chicken and conch on a menu that refuses to choose between continents. Homemade pasta, pizza, and risotto represent the Italian side, while oxtail and Caribbean seasoning represent the island. The outdoor patio provides the relaxed bistro atmosphere for the dining experience, while inside, the bar and lounge area begins its transformation as the evening deepens. Tapas service bridges the gap between dinner and nightlife, and the cocktail menu is built for a long evening. After 10 PM (Wednesday through Saturday until 3 AM), the lounge side takes over with hookah service, DJs, and events that draw Simpson Bay's nightlife crowd. The Puerta Del Sol location on Welfare Road puts Amore in the same plaza as Pardon My French By Jax and near the Sunset Princess Casino, creating a complete evening-out corridor.
