Is the Desk app different from the POS app?
Yes. The POS app is for restaurant order management (tables, kitchen tickets, payments). The Desk app is for front desk operations (guest bookings, check-ins, concierge services). Hotels with restaurants can install both on the same device.
Can activity centers use the Desk app?
Yes. Activity centers that operate a reception desk — where guests walk in and book or check in — can use the Desk app alongside or instead of the Activities app.
Do I need the Android app or can I use the browser?
The Android app adds direct printer support for printing tickets and confirmations. If you don't need printing, the browser PWA works perfectly on any device.
How do I set up multiple terminals?
Add terminals from your portal dashboard. Each terminal gets a unique activation code. Install the app on each device, enter the code, and it's connected.
